Penang Bird Park

Spans 5 acres and houses a fine collection of some 800 birds from all over the world. Beautifully landscaped and features a walk-in aviary, pond with ducks and swans abound with water lillies, Japanese carps and ornamental plants. Also has a vast collection of orchids, hibiscus, and palm trees. The park includes a children playground and little 'pondok' shelters.
Opening hours : Open Daily - 9.00 a.m. ¨C 7.00 p.m. (Last entry at 6.30p.m.) Including weekends & all public holidays / Bird Park Restaurant: Open Daily ¨C 9.30 a.m. ¨C 6.30 p.m. Admission Fee : Adults: RM20
Children (under 12 years): RM10
School Children (with school uniform): RM2.00

How to Reach : if from Butterworth¡¯s Jetty take bus (eg, rapidPG - T703), down at nearby Sunway Hotel and then walk through
Lebuh Tenggiri 2 and turn into Jalan Todak. At Jalan Todak got a Indian Temple(kuil) and the Penang Bird Park at beside the kuil.
